I've been in the beauty industry for over 18 years, and I've always been drawn to the artistry and confidence that great hair can create. As the owner of Adrift., I wanted to build more than just a salon. I envisioned a space that feels both elevated and welcoming, inspired by the calm, effortless beauty of a favorite sea-side escape,

What makes Adrift unique is the blend of luxury and approachability we bring to every service. We specialize in dimensional color, lived-in blondes, and Great Lengths extensions, alongside skincare, lashes, and makeup. Blending 18 years behind the chair with a business degree and corporate leadership experience, I lead a modern salon focused on mentorship and developing exceptional talent.

Moving back from Pennsylvania, she joins our team with salon experience beyond our L’Oréal training program and education, making her a wonderful addition to Adrift.
From soft, lived-in dimension to bright, radiant highlights, Malayna is dedicated to creating modern, customized looks that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair.
When she’s not behind the chair, Malayna enjoys spending time with her mother and family.

Kait is a L’Oréal-trained hair artist with a true passion for transformative color and effortlessly cool cuts. She specializes in luminous blondes, rich reds, and bold, vivid transformations—bringing each look to life with intention and artistry. Kait also loves creating precision cuts, from chic short styles and long bobs to modern shags and men’s grooming.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Kait painting, reading, or playing guitar—usually somewhere outdoors or surrounded by friends and family. Her creativity doesn’t stop at the salon, and it shows in every detail of her work.

Sky is part of our Guest Experience Team, bringing Adrift’s brand to life through salon marketing, events, and content. When she’s not in the salon, she’s on her school’s dance team, competing while also enjoying her time with friends and family.
Aubrey
Guest Experience & Product Specialist
Aubrey is a valued member of the Adrift team, supporting our front desk, client experience, and daily salon operations. She plays an important role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Outside of the salon, Aubrey stays active in her community as a member of her school’s dance team and also competes in dance. When she’s not at Adrift, she enjoys spending time outdoors and being with friends.
